We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about the environment to join a vibrant not-for-profit organisation! We are looking for a Project Officer (0.8 fte) to help us to create a Europe where nature is cared for, protected, restored and valued by all.
Eurosite is a network organisation composed of European natural site managers. In addition we value our associated members who, as an organisation or individually, support the mission and work of Eurosite. The Secretariat is based in Tilburg, the Netherlands. We are looking for a Project Officer to contribute to our mission: providing opportunities to network and exchange experience on practical nature management. As our new Project Officer, you will do so as part of our small but dynamic team. The projects to which you will be contributing focus amongst others on peatland restoration and conservation, Plant Genetic Resources and Crop Wild Relatives, and urban greening. Together with the rest of the team the role also concerns the overall strengthening of the Eurosite network. Please find more details regarding the position here.

Depending also on your personal wishes and experience, tasks could include updating and implementing Eurosite’s social media strategy, assisting in developing and managing different websites, monitoring and managing our various social media channels, etc.
Candidates are expected to possess impeccable writing, communication, and spelling abilities. The Eurosite working language is English.
