Public consultation: Protecting our natural capital: an EU strategy to conserve biodiversity and ensure the provision of ecosystem services by 2020

DG Environment are pleased to announce that the public consultation on the post-2010 EU biodiversity strategy is now available from the following website: http://ec.europa.eu/environment/consultations/biodecline.htm

The objective of this consultation is to gather input from a wide range of stakeholders on possible policy options for the European Union's post-2010 EU biodiversity strategy, which will be assessed by the Commission as part of the process of its development.

Consultation is open until 22.10.2010 and is available in English, French, German, Italian, Polish and Spanish. Should you wish to participate or inform colleagues about this consultation, please refer to the above website.
