This classic Eurosite workshop will demonstrate the value of learning from sharing and comparing ‘on the ground’ site management experiences. It will focus on the management approaches being developed and applied across Krkonose’s 29 diverse habitat types. At the same time, site managers from the Eurosite network will be identified and invited to input and share their practical experience of restoration approaches in diverse habitats.

The workshop’s focus on practical nature conservation experience and learning through site visits as an integral part of the programme is an ideal opportunity to celebrate 20 years of the Habitats Directive, ‘in the field’.
