The EC would like to get feedback on public knowledge of trapping methods in general, what the public thinks about harmonised standards for traps and the certification of traps as well as how important it would be to have EU wide rules on these issues.

A draft plan required to be submitted by the end of 2008. These draft plans are to be opened for public consultation during the first half of 2009.
