Sustainability Forum at Paperworld

The forum “Sustainability of the Paper Industry: Asian & European Perspectives” will take place at Paperwold Frankfurt, Hall 4.C Room Concorde, on February 1st from 10:30 to 14:00. Free tickets to Paperworld 2010 will be provided for attendees as well as lunch and drinks.

The forum seeks to examine the main themes of sustainability in the paper industry, focusing on Asian and European paper producers, whilst also discussing the challenges of certification of paper products in these regions.

There will be a number of prestigious speakers at the event – Dirk Teegelbekkers, Secretary General of PEFC Germany, Agus Setyarso Chariman of LEI (the Indonesian certification organisation), Dewi Kusumaastuti, Economic Counsellor of the Indonesian Embassy to the EU and Phil Lawrence, an environment consultant with over 20 years experience in the paper industry.
